The apartment is located in a recently-renewed ancient villa on the way Patti to Tyndaris, surrounded by the green of olive, citrus and fruit trees, 1 Km far away from the beach. It has a magnificent view of Patti's sea gulf and the Aeolian Islands.
The apartment is 75 sqm large, is fully furnished for 4-6 adults, plus cildren if any, and includes 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with fireplace and a double sofabed, 1 large kitchen and a bathroom. A 50 sqm terrace is outdoor.
A courtyard with car parking and the garden are shared outside.
The house is located in a quiet environment and in a strategic position as being close to the beach, to supermarkets, the city centre, the motorway station, the railway station and many typical restaurants.
Important centres like Messina, Taormina, Catania, the Etna, as well as Cefalù and Palermo may be reached in a short time by car.
Furthermore, daily excursions by ship to Aeolian Islands and the Tirrenian coast are available from Patti Marina in summer period.
