Vacation House Palazzu Stidda

Palazzu Stidda ( Palazzo stella in sicilian speaking) belonged to the Baron Stella, this is what the elders in the vicinity told the present owner, an artist sculptor, who restructured it entirely in 2003.
The Palazzo is situated in the historical centre of the city of Catane, between Castel Ursino and the oldest market of the town: the Pescheria.With his experience in applied arts, the owner knew how to restore a novel splendour and contemporary comfort; thus the three flats offer their nomad occupants the possibility to immerse in a place and an authentic city. Close to all the town's attractions such as : monuments, museums, night life and only 15 minutes by car or bus from the beach.

Palazzu Stidda has 3 flats which are all equipped with very silent and discrete fans for the hot summer days, and with radiators for the winter, TV, MP3 reader and Wifi connection.

The flat 1 is a two-room flat situated on the first floor of the Palazzo Stella.
The bedroom with a queensize bed is embellished with a balcony overlooking via Auteri. The living room, giving way to the bathroom with showers and toilet, comprises a one person bed settee, and a small fridge and electric kettle are there for a cozy breakfast.
host 1-3 persons.

Flat 2 and 3 are composed with a bedroom and a living room as well as a bathroom and a kitchen, both separated. The bedroom with a queensize bed. The living room with a double bed settee, is fitted out as a luminous and pleasant diningroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator; a hotplate, crockery and so on... The bathroom equipped with a bathtub, comprises also toilet and washing machine.
Those flat are ideal to host up to 4 persons.

- The flats are equipped with the necessary bed and household linen as well as bath towels.
-Children under 8 years are free of charge.
-Highchair (0-3 years), child’s bed (0-5 years), push chair (2-6 years) and beach games are at your disposal.
-Pets are welcome (after preliminary agreement with the owner).
