From here, you can visit historical sites such as Agrigento, Siracusa, Piazza Armerina, and the majestic Etna volcano. With overnight stays, you can launch excursions to the West side of the Island toward Palermo. Sicily offers an unmatched display of the markings of many ancient cultures - Phoenician, Greek, Roman, Arab, and Spanish. Out of this long tradition, today you can sample and learn to love Sicilian cuisine which is the core of the Mediterranean diet - fish, vegetables, olive oil, cheeses, fruits, herbs and spices that explode into some of the best pasta
