Both apartment and studioflat have T.V., t.v points, wardrobe, cupboard, electric heating, Curtains, Double glazed, burgular alarm, remote controlled gates,crockery, kitchen utensils, cafetiere, meat grill, gas cooker, oven, refridgerator, freezer.
The garden outside it's 900 mq: Garden 8,600 Sq.ft., lawn 3,300 Sq.ft., olive grove 1,600 Sq.ft.
You can use also pizza oven (on request), BBQ, parasol, 4 sun recliners, outside shower facilities.
Parking it's uncovered but internal at the villa.
The villa is in the countryside, so you gonna pass your holidays in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Is not far, few minutes by car, from the village Gonnesa, where you can find supermarket,,car rental,post office, bank 500m, chemist, doctor, hairdressing salon, breadshop.
Residence Su Prelau it's very close to the sea and to a beautiful beach, 4km long of gold sand.
There are also a lot of amazing beaches to see all around we'll be at your complete disposal to recommend the most beautiful.
We offer also different kinds of routes: archeolocical routes, naturalistic routes and enogastronomic routes.
It is possible too practise various sports, with your own equipment, as well surf, windsurf, kitesurf, climbing, biking, fishing and paragliding.
