Built in the mid 70s, in Mediterranean style, the 14 apartments of Residence Piazza Italia have been recently finely restored and elegantly furnished. All the apartments, 65 square metres, are comfortable and functional flats, based on the first floor, and have: entrance with a large living room, kitchen, disengagement, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms (one with double bed, the other one with two single beds), two large verandas. The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, cups, pots and dishes) and, on request, it is possible to have bed and bath linen. All the apartments overlook a lovely square with flower garden. All the apartament are able to accomodate a group up to 5 people. The square is surrounded by a large area devoted to parking (unattended) and it is just a few minutes walk from a chemist, a supermarket, a newsagent, pubs, restaurants and pizzerias. Fee for service: washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV and satellite receiver, microwave, air conditioning, barbecues, parasols and deck chairs. Piazza Italia is located in the centre of Costa Rei, very close to the sea (200 metres), between the two main streets where there are many shops: kiosk, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, chemist, icecream shops, boutiques, tourist information point, gas station. It is very simple to get to Piazza Italia: if you come from the main street, when you reach the centre, go down Via Ichnusa until the gas station, then go straight on for 300 metres and you will find a billboard for Piazza Italia.
