It is surronded by a mediterranean garden with barbecue and outside eating area and offers peace and confort in any season.
The interiors are in traditional sardinian style.
The free beach is just a short walk, 100m. from the house.

...Notes and Curiosity

Quite neighborhood, but if you like night life, the house is not far from the historical center of the town, with its many restaurants, pizzerias, bars, shops, etc.
The house is 5 minutes from two big supermarkets.
Parking near the house.

The town offers many interesting excursions eithers on land on sea. Possibility of renting boats with or without crew, school diving, wind surf, sail boats.
The house is 50 minutes from Alghero with the famous Nettuno Caves, one hour from Stintino (with a beautiful beach) and the island of Asinara, recently appointed as a national park with controlled entry, 90 minutes from the famous Costa Smeralda (Emerald Coast), 120 minutes from the Barbagia mountains, in the center of Sardinia and the ruins of a Nuraghe (a typical ancient sardinian building).

The Gulf of Bosa located on the west coast is one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia.
Bosa is an old medieval town 45 km. from Alghero airport, and nestles an eithen sicle of coves and inlets with white sands and clear emerald green waters.
