The house is in the small old village of Soucheres Basses part of Pragelato, little town in the heart of the Olympic Mountains, ten minutes by car from the cableway that link more than 200 km of ski tracks.

In summer, the small quiet burgh become an ideal place for who is looking to escape the overcrowded and noisy towns, particularly for family with children for whom the village would be a playground on itself, been the village a dead end away from the main road.

Not to say that from the house steps is possible to start few trekking for all ages and taste and in winter wild ski and snowshoes trekking is assured, no car required.
