The apartment can easily accomodate up to
6/8 persons and is composeed by:

* a hall with a capacious built-in wardrobe
* 1 living room with sofa bed
* 2 double/twin rooms
* 2 bathrooms ( one with bathtub and one with shower )
* livable kitchen
* large terrace , with entry from all rooms
An extra bed can be added in every room upon request

The apartment is situated in a strategic position both for the distance and for the connections to the main touristic destinations.

nr 44 bus line takes you dowtown ( end of line in piazza venezia ) and stops at 20 meters walking from the apartment, while at only 2 min. walking you can catch nr 8 express tram-line which reaches largo argentina in only 20 min. from there you can easily reach the main touristic destinations ( san pietro, piazza navona, piazza venezia, colosseo, circo massimo, terme di caracalla... ).

The apartment warm and relaxing atmosphere will offer you a pleasant stay and will give you the chance to visit our city knowing that a comfortable environment will be at your disposal when you will be back.

minimum requested overnight is 2 days

check-in must be done within 07:00 p.m. on arrival day - after 07:00 p.m. a supplement of 20 € is demanded

rooms must be left within 11:00 a.m. on departure day

free stay for 9-year younger children
during christmas, new year, easter and mid-august holiday periods the rates will increase of 15%

upon request, an extra bed can be added in every room with a supplement of 15 €

animals are welcome
upon reservation, the following deposit is demanded
* 30% of whole amount if reservation is done within 30 days from scheduled arrival day
* 50% of whole amount if reservation is done within 15 days from scheduled arrival day
* 100% of whole amount if reservation is done within 7 days from scheduled arrival day

the difference will be demanded during check-in

reservations acceptance depends on the avilability and it is completed only at the time we send the confirmation

the deposit must be received within 5 days from the confirmation, otherwise reservation will be cancelled

payment can be done through:
