Vacation House Casale Nunziatina

Casale Nunziatina is an ancient farmhouse built in 1700 . In year 2006, it has been widely restored; but still preserving the original features, such as arches ,walls, roofs , barrel-vaults and it is provided with all comforts required for a pleasant holiday. “ Casale Nunziatina “ is reachable by means of an ancient roman road which is wide just two meters for the final 400 meters. The spot is a total noise free environment , nearby the town center (800 meters ) but away from the city traffic and it is the ideal place to spent your holidays in relaxation and friendly atmosphere. Guarded parking is available 500 meters away

The Residence is formed by the following three independent apartment:

“Edera” Apartment

Two room independently -35 sq. meters – apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Provided with a double divan-bed for additional two sleeping. The cooking-area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge, it also has a washing machine and TV set. The apartment is elegantly furnished, and is provided with an independent heating system, also adequate for winter holidays.
Outside of the apartment there is a porch with table and chairs where it is possible to enjoy the meals . The apartment is surrounded by a typical Sorrento’s citrus grove and centuries-old olive trees, in a totally noise free environment

“Gardenia “Apartment

Three rooms independently – 45 Sq meters – are formed by a double bed room ; another bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The apartment is elegantly furnished and provided with independent heating system adequate also for winter holidays.
. The cooking-area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge, it also has a washing machine, and color TV set. The apartment is surrounded by a typical Sorrento’s citrus grove and centuries-old olive trees, in a totally noise free environment. In front of the apartment there is British Garden well maintened . There also the umbrellas and beach chairs.

“Giglio” Apartment

Two rooms independently – 40 Sq meters – formed by a bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Provided with a double divan-bed for additional two sleeping .The cooking-area has all the cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge, it also has a washing machine, and color TV.
The apartment is elegantly furnished and provided with an independent heating system also adequate for winter holidays. The apartment is surrounded by a typical Sorrento’s citrus grove and centuries-old olive trees, in a totally noise free environment

“Rose” Guest Room

It is a 35 sq.m approx room which is including kitchen , living room , bathroom , TV Set and library. It is a space where could have breakfast and spent hours reading a book , chatting , watching TV.

1) The renting costs are variable according the number of the guests and the seasonal periods.
DAILY RATES:
Two Persons MIN 48 MAX 70
Three Persons MIN 60 MAX 75
Four Persons MIN 72 MAX 85
Five Persons MIN 85 MAX 100

2) From June to Septemeber only weekly stays or at least 5-6 days.
3) The booking is considered confirmed upon the payment of a deposit of 30 % of the entire amount.
4)The balance to be paid cash at the check in.
5)The deposit to be done with bank transfer , the balance to be paid CASH.
6)Check in within 1000 hrs ; Check out after 1400
7) Required an extra payment of 15 Euro for the final cleaning of the apartment.

...How to reach us

Residence Casale Nunziatina is located in Sorrento , which is an ideal place for excursions to the enchanting Costiera Amalfitana, Pompei ruins , Capri Island ; or reaching within few kilometers Napoli , or visiting la Reggia di Caserta.
The House is reachable through an ancient roman road which is 2 meters wide for the last 400 meters.

By Train : From Naples Central Station – Piazza Garibaldi – take the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento which is the final stop of the travel . There are trains every 30 minutes till 2300 hrs. The transfer will take 70 minutes. Ticket price is 3,50 Euro.

By Airplane : From Naples Capodichino Airport there is a private bus service Curreri that allows the transfer to Sorrento which is the final stop of the travel. The pick up area is located at the Terminal Square in front of “Arrivals” exit. There are buses every two hours and the transfer will take 70 minutes. Ticket price 7 Euro.

By Car : From Naples you must take the A3 highway in direction of Salerno and after 25 km approx you must take the exit of Castellammare di Stabia then follow the main road to Sorrento.

By Ferry : From Naples harbor , Beverello dock , take the hydrofoil to Sorrento . There are frequent trips and each trip taking 35 minutes .
