The Aeolian Islands can be reached in just one hour by boat from Gioiosa Marea or Milazzo: there are seven volcanic islands offering different views, but all are not to be missed!
Cefalù is also only an hour by car: it deserves a visit for its seaside, cathedral and small alleyways.
Taormina does not need to be presented; it can be reached in a little more than an hour by motorway. A visit to this pearl is sure to be unforgettable.
In addition, you can make day-long
excursions to Palermo, Monreale,Erice, Selinunte, Segestum, Agrigentum and the Valley of the Temples, Piazza Armerina, Syracuse and Noto (Baroque Art) and other splendid Sicilian localities.
