Hotel Villa Teresa
The ancient farmhouse has on a tipical pebbled courtyard with a large 17th century portal. All the guest accommodations are provided with suite bathrooms and have views on the garden with characteristic dry stoned walls and olive trees; all rooms are traditional, spacious and comfortable. In the area of Villa Teresa you can see the prehistoric necropolis of Cava d'Ispica, the beautiful baroque cities of Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli. The Mediterranean beaches are close by as is the naturalistic oasis of Vendicari and Irminio river. You can go to Malta by catamaran from the nearby port of Pozzallo. The Contea of Modica is famous for its baroque buildings but also for its "flavoured chocolate", the tipical "ragusano's" cheese and the noble red wine, the "Cerasuolo".
