Hotel Veio Residence

The Veio Residence Resort is a new extensive resort (5 hectares) built in the midst of a naturalistic oasis boarding the reknown Parco di Veio.

Owned by the Altobelli family with it's thirty year experience in management of incoming tourism, the resort is not yet one more spot in the tourists' maps but a small paradise in the outskirts of Rome, the Eternal City.

It comprises 42 small apartments in three English - like stylish country homes, soberly furnished and with private front yards.

The 40/45 sq.m. lodgings offer the best comfort and technology to their guests. Equipped with satellite TV, voice mail telephone, air conditioning, alarm, parking, fax and mail service, wi-fi connection ,they welcome up to 4 people.

A private wide swimming pool is at the guests' disposal since June In the area there are two restaurants and a steak house also but the real surprise is the unique animal park featuring "special guests" such as ostrich, emus, vietnamese pigs, ponies and ducks, herons and geese quietly cruising the natural ponds: all conjuring up a fairy tale atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

The Veio Residence is located at a bunch of km away from the City centre, along the Via Cassia. At easy reach by car or motorbike, the heart of Rome is also served by an efficient public transport.

General Conditions:

The daily prices are meant per overnight with breakfast for 2 people, any further person has to pay € 30,00 extra per night .
Pets are not allowed.
Prices include: Bathroom and bedrooms linens, the use of power water and gas, heating/air conditioning, parking slot, swimming pool services including the use of beach chairs and beds (the pool is opened during summer time), shared barbecue.
Cleanings: The weekly and monthly prices include the cleaning of the apartment twice a week with one linen change. The final cleaning is included with the exception of the kitchenette which must be cleaned by the guests or payed as extra (price € 30,00).

...How to reach us

By car:

Exit ramp 3 of the G:R:A: (Circular road) right turn, Viterbo direction. Approximately 1 km drive to the right turn of Via della Giustiniana. 3km along the road you reach the entrance of the resort at number 906 of Via della Giustiniana (left hand side).

By train:

Metro line "A" from Termini Central Station to Valle Aurelia Station. Two levels up rail line FM3 Viterbo direction, platform 2. (Same metro ticket valid for the train trip). Alight at La Giustiniana Station. Guests will be awaited by our shuttle service connecting the station to the residence, available every day from April to October each 30 minutes from 8.00 am to 12.00 am and from 4.30 pm to 8.30 pm. The service is also available from November to March upon request.

By Air:

From FCO Airport (Fiumicino) shuttle train to Termini Central Station (to proceed see above "by train" point). From CIA (Ciampino) shuttle bus to metro line "A" Anagnina Terminal Station (to proceed as above).
