Surrounded by 15 hectares of olive trees, wheat and sunflowers, and far from traffic and unwanted noise, Santa Maria degli Ancillotti, a Hentalpia Collection resort, offers two different options to suit your particular needs: the Santa Maria degli Ancillotti suites and the Il Falchetto apartments.

The Suites

There is no lack of space at Santa Maria degli Ancillotti.
Originally planned as apartments, the spaces are now occupied by suites which are furnished in a traditional rustic Umbrian style and which comprise a double room with double bed or two twin beds depending on your requirements, and a spacious wardrobe.
The living room is large and bright with a sofa which quickly transforms into two single beds. The bathroom has a shower.
The suites provide all modern comforts including individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, direct line telephone, free mini-bar, safe, kettle and hairdryer, beach towel for the swimming pool, and an external area with table and chairs.

The Apartments

Il Falchetto, located in dedicated grounds of 5,000 square metres, is perfect for families and young couples and offers 5 bright apartments divided into two types: 2 two-room apartments for two or three people and 3 three-room apartments for a maximum of 5 people.
The small number of apartments, the total immersion in the surrounding countryside and the distance from busy roads and unwanted noise make this a haven of tranquility, allowing guests to enjoy their time together without worries for parents and children.
Remember, you don’t need to leave your pets at home as they are very welcome here.

The Suites: It is our attention to the needs and wishes of our guests which sets this hotel apart. Santa Maria degli Ancillotti provides all its guests with parking, bicycles to explore the surrounding countryside, and relaxing swimming pool area complete with sun loungers and parasols in sufficient numbers for all guests.
Try waking up to a home-made breakfast served on the patio or tasting a vintage wine while the sun sets or while checking your email, spending the evening having a barbecue around the Roman well, or at its exceptional restaurant which is open in the evenings with every small detail attended to by the Villa family.
If you need information on timetables, a pick-up from the airport or train station, a relaxing massage, car hire, or horse riding, the whole staff is available to help you and to make your stay exceed your highest expectations.

The Apartments:The apartments are self-catering and offer every comfort: individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, free broadband internet access (cable provided).
On arrival, guests will find the beds made and bathroom towels available, a complete set of utensils, dishes and kitchen linen as well as our welcome pack.
The swimming pool, surrounded by soft grass and and olive trees, is fully furnished with a gazebo and sufficient sun loungers for all guests, and is fenced to allow children to wander freely.
Internal parking is available for holidaymakers, who can also dine at the Santa Maria degli Ancillotti restaurant. Reservations required.

...How to reach us

By car:

From the South, take the A1 and exit at Orte and follow the E45 in the direction of Perugia. Once past Perugia, follow the signs for Cesena and take the exit at Valfabbrica. After about 3 km, turn right towards Petrignano di Assisi, and then turn left in the direction of Palazzo di Assisi. After 1400 metres you will find signs for Santa Maria degli Ancillotti.

From the North, take the A1 and exit at Valdichiana, then follow the E45 in the direction of Perugia. Once you arrive at Perugia, follow the signs for Cesena and exit at Valfabbrica. After about 3 km, turn right towards Petrignano di Assisi, and thenn turn left in the direction of Palazzo di Assisi. After 1400 metres you will find signs for Santa Maria degli Ancillotti.
