the large common room seems built for conviviality, with a large table, chairs in front of the fire, and a reading nook.
The villa is perfect for groups and families, and its fully-furnished interior offers a hearth, Tuscan terracotta floors, a washing machine, oven, wood-burning oven, dishwasher, and a well-equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor you will find: an entrance/living room with a fireplace, a conservatory, and a dining room with a fireplace of its own, next to the kitchen.
All the rooms on the ground floor give onto the garden.
Upstairs are 2 double rooms, 1 room with 2 twin beds, 1 single room, 1 bath with jacuzzi, and 1 bath with shower. All sleeping rooms are air conditioned, with individual room control.
All for a total of 220 square meters
