Farm Holiday Cerqueto

Cerqueto farmhouse offers 6 apartments of different size, which are all comfortable and furnished according to the country style.

It has been built in the second half of the XVII century and recently restored paying much attention to the original features and by being meticulous in choosing the building materials.
The ancient charm of our farmhouse is perfectly combined with all the comforts of a modern hospitality thanks to charming apartments masterly furnished according to tradition.

The big garden and the surrounding countryside will give you the possibility to discover the pleasure of a journey in the nature.
For those who love long walks, there is the possibility to go along the ancient Via Francigena by horse, by feet or by bicycle. Those who instead love adventure, can plunge back into the history through the famous “Brigand’s Path”.

Among our products, rigorously organic, you can find mot only the produce of the soil such as, chickpeas beans, lentils, spelt, and extra-virgin olive oil (the purest quality of oil), and good local wine as well.
Besides, we make delicious jams, different qualities of honey, liquors, tasty pickled, juicy sauces for the preparation of tasty antipasto, several kinds of spicy pasta, trails of tomatoes, all product in firm.

The rates are considered per week and include the weekly rent (7 nights), electricity, water, gas and final cleaning. The heating is autonomous and it is paid on consumption. On departure the guests are requested to leave the apartments/rooms clean and orderly, otherwise the owner could deduct a part of the deposit.

USUALLY ARRRIVALS ARE ON SATURDAY directly to the reserved apartment between 3.00 PM and 7.00 PM. The apartment should be left the next Saturday by 10.00 AM.

FROM ROME AND FLORENCE: Motorway A1 - exit Orvieto. Follow the signs for Castelgiorgio first, then to S. Lorenzo – Acquapendente, (or Sverracavallo and then Acquapendente). Once you reach Acquapendente go towards Campoboario and towards the stadium where nearby there is a supermarket and the headquarter of the Carabinieri; then follow the signs for “Cerqueto” or call +39.338.24.16.797 we will help you to reach us. The distance from the stadium up to the farmhouse is about 2,5 Km.

FROM SIENA: S 2 Cassia to Acquapendente.
