Agriturismo Colleverde offers to its guests the possibility to experience an unforgettable vacation in the heart of the green hills of Tuscany. We are placed on a 125 hectares estate surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, two lakes and grass covered fields.

You will take advantage of our country home in complete autonomy and comfort:
- 15 independent apartments renovated in March of 2010, each with its own outdoor space complete with a wood table, 4 chairs and umbrella.
- An outdoor swimming pool, unguarded, positioned on the hill top.
- A sports zone with a beach volleyball area, a basketball court, a soccer field and an area with tables and chairs (each with its own sun umbrella)
- A horseback riding center with certified instructors.
- Mountain bike rental

Apartments:
Colleverde offers two type of apartments, both of approximately 32 mt2 with master bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with large double sofa-bed, kitchenette and tv set (no satellite). Each apartment has its own outdoor space with a wood table, 4 chairs and umbrella.
The apartments with Garden Entrance enjoy a direct access to the garden surrounding the country house and to each apartments’ garden furniture.
The apartments with Traditional Entrance may be located on the 1° floor via outdoor stairs and benefit from their own outdoor space with garden furniture.

The garden surrounding the country house is spread with trees, flowers, oleanders, lush lawn and possess a panorama of rare beauty and serenity.

Here at Colleverde you will discover the rhythms, the sounds and the tastes of genuine Tuscany through our traditional Italian breakfasts and our selected barbeque evenings. We may also suggest to you the exquisite restaurants from the area that will surly satisfy your appetite.

...Notes and Curiosity

Colleverde is found between incomparably beautiful landscapes, architecture, and culture. We are a few kilometers away from the thermal baths of Cascina Terme and from the Tyrrhenian seaside. We are also about one hour drive from Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, and Lucca. Surrounding us are the famous Tuscan hills, the marvelous wineries, and local “cantine”.

enter the S.G.C. FI-PI-LI (stands for: Street of Great Communication FIrenze-PIsa-LIvorno), mind your speed, the limit here is mostly 90Km/h and there are several speed control cameras-
follow toward Pisa and exit at PONTEDERA (it is about 40min drive), the preceding exit is called Montopoli-
At the roundabout take the 4° exit (turn left) towards VOLTERRA / TERRICCIOLA
Follow the main road, at the second roundabout take the 2° exit (to your left) towards TERRICCIOLA
At the third roundabout take the 1° exit (turn right)-
At the fourth roundabout take 2° exit (straight on)
At the fifth roundabout take the 1° exit (turn right) towards CAPANNOLI / SELVATELLE (this roundabout has a led screen with information on a town called PECCIOLI) DO NOT FOLLOW TERRICCIOLA
At the next roundabout, one with metallic circles and human figure in the middle as artistic decoration, take the 3° exit (turn left) towards SELVATELLE
Follow the main road, almost at the end of Selvatelle you find on your right a blue sign with the name “CASATI” written in yellow
at the end of this building you’ll see an uphill road with the brown and yellow indication for “AGRITURISMO COLLEVERDE”, take this right turn and follow the narrow street, which at one point will converge with another road coming up from your left, keep on climbing, a few meters after the sign of CASANOVA you will notice on your right a small unpaved road with the brown and yellow indication for “AGRITURISMO COLLEVERDE”, follow the main unpaved road and in 2 km you will be entering our parking lot.

From Pisa:

Take the exit Pontedera-Ponsacco and follow direction for Volterra-Terricciola;
At the roundabout after the town of Capannoli, take the 2° exit (straight on) towards Selvatelle
Almost at the end of Selvatelle you find on your right a blue sign with the name “CASATI” written in yellow
