Set at 450 m. above the sea level, San Bernardino del Lago - Azienda Agrituristica Palmerini srl farmhouse consists of three attractive stone farmhouses typical of the region. Carefully restored they retain their original character and have been divided into eight comfortable apartments.
The owners live in three of them. The houses are in a quiet position with lovely views and are reached by an unmade road approx. 1,5 Km long. The countryside around consists of gentle wooded slopes interspersed with cultivated valleys where grain is grown. Each apartment has its own entrance.

First floor apartment with entrance from an outside stone staircase; outside private space, at ground floor, with table and chairs. Sitting/dining room with two single sofa beds and fireplace, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower.

BIANCANEVE 95mq 4+2+2
Detached house on the ground floor with outside private space, close by the wood, the swimming pool and the lake. Sitting/living room with kitchenette, fireplace and mezzanine with two single sofa beds, 2 double bedrooms, one of these with internal bathroom with shower, there is one other bathroom with shower.

...Notes and Curiosity

At full guests disposal there is a large garden equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue, mountain bikes, small football court, a fishing lake and a 6 x 12 m swimming pool. Communal washing-machine, (each apartment has also his own private and large outdoor space). About 1 km away there is also a restaurant.
The Farm produces extra virgin olive oil, with the ancient cold millstones system, Sangiovese wine, honey and truffles (there are three protected and private truffles' reserve) and biological vegetables. In a few minutes driving on reach Rapolano Terme, famous thermal centre. Breakfast available on request.
