BedAndBreakfast Fabrizia

The bedrooms are equipped with wedding bed or twin bed, air conditioning & heating, color TV and private bathroom with either shower or tub & shower, toelette courtesy kit. The Yellow Room and the Lilac Room may have a third bed (on request). Breakfast is always included in the room rates and can be tasted in the in the pleasant sojourn at ground-floor or, when the climate concurs it, in the garden on the outdoor tables.

Bed & Breakfast Fabrizia is in Via Nazario Sauro at Cadoneghe.
It is an ideal location for visiting the historic and most enchanting sites of Veneto as, for example, you will be just a few minutes walk from the centre of Padua and at short distance from both Venice and Chioggia. Padua can be reached either by bus or even walking, by train or by car you can go to Venice, by bike or boat you can visit the Brenta Waterways, by car to the Adriatic Seashores or to the Dolomites Alpes.
B & B Fabrizia overlooks the banks of the Brenta River, the waterway made famous through the centuries by the Superb Palladian Villas built all along the river banks between the 16th and the 18th century.
Furthermore, in addition to the usual means of transportation, you can visit all these places in a pleasant cruise on the "Burchiello", the historic boat docking not far from B. & B. Fabrizia, which will take you to the discovering of the wonderful Brenta Waterways.

a) PRICES: unless otherwise indicated, they are per bedroom per night for double occupancy and inclusive of
morning breakfats.
b) SAFE BOOKING: To secure your reservation You must send a deposit of at least 30% (50% for 5 days stay ore
more) of the total amount of the reservation (with a minimum of one day stay in double occupancy) to be received at
least 14 (fourteen) days before the expected date of arrival. If the reservation request occurs at less than 14 days
from the arrival date, the deposit must be given at the same time of the reservation request.
c) CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation, or significant reduction of the duration of the stay, must be notified at least
TWO WEEKS before the expected date of arrival in which case no fee will be charged and the deposit will be
returned in full (less reimbursement expenses if existing)
d) PENALTIES: If the cancellation, or significant reduction of the duration of the stay, is notified not later than seven
days before the expected date of arrival a penalty equivalent to one day stay in double occupancy at full rate for
stays of up to three days or two days if the reservation was for a stay of four days or more will be charged. If the
cancellation, or significant reduction of the duration of the stay, is notified in the week before or not notified at all
(No-Show) the deposit will be retained in full.
e) CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT : Check-in time is usually from 6:00 p.m. and you are supposed to check-out not later
than 10:00 a.m.. Should you need to check-in/out at a different time, please notify your need in advance for specific
arrangements.

By car: From Padova take the city ring Nuova Statale del Santo direction Castelfranco Veneto and exit at Cadoneghe-Vigonza, then leave the round-about taking Via Dalla Chiesa. At the crossroad turn left in the direction of "Autostrada" (highway) and after Vicolo N. Sauro, turn right onto Via Nazario Sauro.
