The position of Villa Nella concurs to easily visit in the arc of one day famous artistic and cultural places like Firenze, San Gimignano, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Cortona, Lucignano, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Monterchi, La Verna and Camaldoli. In the first floor of the apartment : living area (room with satellite TV and videorecorder), kitchen (and dining area with available washing machine), double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.Living area with access onto a terrace of 10 m2 with panoramic sait on the garden and on the village Subbiano.From the first floor with two stairs approached two single beds of 4 m2 everyone for total four beds.The apartment had been costructed with great care to the thermal isolation so has to garantee optimal comfort in summer and winter.Available centralized heating, conditioned air in the living room and bed for a children.The furnishing is very confortable.Is possible to take domestic animals.

BY CAR
Take the motorway A1, exit at the gate of Arezzo.
After the gate to continue for about 10 Km, to the intersection to follow the indications for Bibbiena/Casentino.
After about 13 Km is arrived to Subbiano, after the sign that indicates entrance to village to continue street for about 1,7 Km until at department store IO BIMBO.
Turn right and to cotinue street in direction of the hill following the indications for LA COSTA.To continue on the right and on the top turn right.VILLA NELLA is the residence with the external stair in wood.WELCOME!

From Cesena Nord take E45 for Roma, exit to Bagno di Romagna and then to continue for the passo Mandrioli.

From Valtiberina take state road SS 208 for Chiusi Verna through the Passo dello Spino (from the E45, exit Pieve Santo Stefano).

From Firenze Sud exit motorway A1, state road SS 70 for Pontassieve through the Passo della Consuma.

From Valdarno through the Passo della Crocina.
