La Casa di Ulisse B&B is the ideal solution for people loving nature, quiet and comfort. It’s perfect for people wishing relax seeing the sea and the stars with a glass of wine.
The house is surrounded by a park of holm oaks and pines, very quiet, 600 mt from the sea, few km from the centre of Livorno.
In the park there are chairs and tables, the guests see a marvellous landscape (sea, hill, wood), typical of the Mediterranean (Elba Island and sometime the Corsica).
Each room of La Casa di Ulisse, constructed in year '60 and restored in 2006, is full of light and comfortable and has its particular entry of the garden, en-suite bathroom and shower, air conditioning and heating, TV sat with DVD, Internet Wi.Fi. 3 rooms have a kitchen corner fully equipped.

All the rooms are decorated in a different colour and furniture: Agave, Rosmarino, Lavanda, double rooms for two people, Ginestra, an executive suite for 3-4 people (ideal for a couple whit a sun).
Bruna and Marco, the owners living there, friendly introduce the Tuscany to the guests.
They will receive you and introduce the rooms to you: the warm furniture, the garden where you can take a walk or read watching the sea, the terrace where the breakfast will be served, the hall with fireplace, where you can taste the breakfast in the winter
In order to appreciate Tuscany meals and wine, Bruna and Marco will be glad to organize for you romantic dinners under the stars or a sailing cruise with the the Orsa Maggiore boats based on Punta Ala Port or suggest you to know villages, restaurants, beaches, corners of this marvellous land.
La Casa di Ulisse B&B is an oasis of tranquillity for your holiday, for taking a break, in order to follow a dream. You can stay there a night or more, a week or more: you will take away a beautiful souvenir of the Casa di Ulisse!!

...Notes and Curiosity

The guest can reach in a day Lucca and Pisa (less than 50 km), Florence (95 km), Siena San Gimignano, Volterra (less than 150 km), the hills and the coast of Maremma.
The sea lovers can choose between the rocks of Quercianella and Castiglioncello and the sand beaches of south coast until Baratti.

From Genoa : Motorway A12 towards sud, exit Livorno, Aurelia (SS1) towards Grosseto-Roma as far as Quercianella (about 15 minutes)
From Rome: Motorway A12 as far as Civitavecchia, Aurelia (SS1) towards Grosseto-Livorno as far as Quercianella
By train: Livorno station, from Livorno a local train as far as Quercianella (please check if the train stops there).
By request it’s possible waiting the guest at Livorno or Quercianella station.
By plane: Pisa airport, by train as far as Livorno or Quercianella station
Florence airport: by bus or taxi at Florence station, train towards Livorno or rent a car, Motorway A11 towards Pisa, A12 towards south, exit Livorno
