Our quiet and outlying location does not limit your stay to a simple holiday in the hills but does extend it to places of art, culture, sport and entertainment. In the area there are beautiful places to visit like Acquaviva Picena, Ascoli Piceno, Offida Ripatransone, Grottammare ...

We always wanted to create our own little oasis ... .. since we bought in the 70's that was a small ruin. With passion and commitment we have restored this old house that shared with us forty years. It 's so that after many years of traveling and working in big cities, in any case an engineer and an architect have to move for job, we decided to slow down the pace and take back some of that lost time ..
We choose to open our home for some months during the year to people as way to know each other, to find, talk, discuss and share moments of lucid madness!
We hope to succeed in this extraordinary adventure ...

THE HOUSE
Marches typical colonial villa dating from the second half of the 800. The restructuring is the result of renovation work done since the 70s aimed at preserving the typical structures of the materials and original features, original wooden roof, original “ Bianchette” as interiors and recovered windows. Immersed in the green hills of Piceno, the property is an oasis of peace while at short distance from the town. Its location allows to reach beaches after only 10 minutes by car and to discover the mountains only at 30 minutes by car.

THE PARK
The entire property is spread over 60,000 square meters of park of olive grove. The area of 3,000 square meters around the house is planted with grass. The garden has large trees, cypresses, palm trees, lime trees, mulberries, olives and special beds of lavender, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves and other Mediterranean shrubs.
To complete the decor of the garden there is a distinctive and large barbecue and a fountain in cast iron. A covered patio that surrounds the house on the back allows, in sunny days, to enjoy the cool place looking at the mountains in the distance.

Highway A14: coming from north exit Grottammare, from south exit San Benedetto del Tronto / Ascoli Piceno, in both cases, take highway 16 towards the center of San Benedetto del Tronto, to the Hospital, turn west, taking the Provincial Road to Acquaviva Picena.
Rail: railway station of San Benedetto del Tronto, at the exit, on the large square, taxi and bus departures.
