The accommodation is indicated for those who want to guarantee to their family a sure and calm stay far away from the problems of the city like parking, traffic and noise.
The “Pepe Verde” is placed in a natural context inside a residential park controlled day and night by qualified personal. In our structure you will find a garden with cribs and toys for children, where family or friends will have the possibility to relax in all quiet.

The “Pepe Verde” is located in a residential center called “Parco Azzurro” a few kilometers from Rome on the Via Nomentana to 15,700 km and at a distance of about 4 km from the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA).
The area is served by a bus service COTRAL (departure from Metro “Ponte Mammolo” or Tiburtina Station) and a service line ATAC 337 to about 1.5 km from the B&B.

• The rates include taxes, continental breakfast self-service consists of: milk, coffee, tea, mineral water, fruit juice, butter, rusks, jams, honey, cereals (Corn Flakes / Rice Crispies) and brioches. The owners are also available for guests to meet, as possible, all their needs. Daily cleaning and use the towels and bed linen changed every 3 days.
• Prices may vary according to season (high and low), the periods (Easter, Christmas, New Year's Day, Epiphany)
• Free children under three years. From 4 - 12 years 50% discount.
• For stays above the 6 nights is a discount of 5% or 10% depending on the season.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and well finished. Guests can avail of a large living room / dining room with fully equipped kitchen (which is cleaned by the customer) and a fireplace that will cheer your winter evenings (at the request fee). It 'also equipped with TV, WiFi, stereo and outdoor area equipped with tables and chairs (only during the summer.

...How to reach us

For those coming from North:

A1 Florence-Rome -> exit Roma Nord direction Fiano Romano/Settebagni/Salaria.
After about 24 Km take the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) to Naples and take exit 11 Nomentana/Fonte Nuova.
At the exit of the GRA continue straight on Via Nomentana for 5 Km until the roundabout and follow the signs Mentana/Fonte Nuova.
At 15,700 km of the Via Nomentana turn right.
You have arrived at the Residential Center "Parco Azzurro."

Coming from the South:

A1 Rome-Naples -> take direction Florence. After about 25 Km take direction Roma Est. Go ahead and after about 11 Km you reach the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) take the exit Roma Est toward Rome-Florence-Tiburtina-Salaria.
At the GRA take exit 12 Centrale del Latte. At the exit of the GRA go straight to the roundabout and follow the signs Mentana/Fonte Nuova
At 15,700 km of the Via Nomentana turn right.
You have arrived at the Residential Center "Parco Azzurro."
