Our rooms are very spacious and have full panorama windows with a breathtaking view over the sea and the garden. All rooms have recently been refurbished, blending a modern, elegant design with a unique feeling of spaciousness and harmony.

Easy parking, restaurant within walking distance, airport within easy reach by car , close motorway access. With the guest house being conveniently situated on a bus route (the nearest bus stop is a short walk from the villa), you can be in Trieste city centre within a few minutes, either by bus or by car.

Free stay for children up to 4 years of age.

Additional beds are provided only in certain rooms: each additional bed is charged EUR 30 per day for children aged between 5 and 15, EUR 40 per day for adults, breakfast and taxes included.

A private parking with fee is available on the premises: the parking price is EUR 15 per day. However, you can also use a free big parking lot located only 200 metres away from the villa.

Your reservation will be accepted after payment of 20% of the price of your stay by bank transfe

DIRECTIONS FROM THE MOTORWAY
1) after passing through Trieste toll gate, zero your trip meter
2) at 3.9 km. continue past the filling station
3) at 7.1 km. turn right (take the exit TRIESTE-SISTIANA)
4) at 7.6 km. turn right following the sign COSTIERA
5) at 8.6 km. exit the motorway and take the coastline road STRADA COSTIERA
6) at 11.2 km. drive through a NATURAL ROCK TUNNEL
7) at 13.2 km. take the small road on your right leading down to the B&B: YOU ARE THERE

DIRECTIONS FROM TRIESTE
1) as you drive through the first of 2 tunnels, zero your trip meter
2) at 3.5 km. continue past the restaurant RISTORANTE TENDA ROSSA on your left
3) at 4.1 km. continue past the restaurant TRATTORIA COSTIERA and the big parking
lot on your left
4) at 4.3 km. take the small road on your left leading down to the B&B: YOU ARE THERE
