The territory where Viviana’s B&B is situated is characteristic for the uncontaminated landscape and breathtaking views. The surrounding area offers different opportunities for everyone who loves trekking, horse riding, mountain biking or free climbing.

It is also a wonderful starting point for visiting the art cities of Parma, Modena, Bologna, Verona, Pisa and Lucca or the spectacular landscape of Cinque Terre.

Viviana’s B&B is in the heart of the region famous for the production of parmigiano-reggiano, Parma ham, balsamic vinegar and more other local specialities. The area has a multitude of amazing restaurants and trattorias where you can get a 5 course meal for under 14 Euro.

Viviana’s B&B with its quiet and comfortable rooms with private bathroom it’s the perfect residence if you want to discover this magical place, a little paradise where authentic Italian atmosphere can still be experienced.

It is available:
- a comfortable lounge where you can mingle, watch TV or make plans for your holidays;
- a terrace with panoramic breathtaking view of Pietra di Bismantova and the Apennines mountains and where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea;

- an adjacent space for private parking next to the property.

- For eating out in the evening, we are lucky to have a wide variety of excellent restaurants in the local vicinity. We can of course advise you. With some of them we have made special agreements and you can get a 5 course meal with wine for under 14 euros per person.

Double room with private bathroom: 70 € per night for 2 people

Price includes continental breakfast, linen, daily cleaning and taxes

Reductions are available for overnight stay (without breakfast) and/or extended stays or single use

Payment Policy: booking will be confirmed on receipt of the advance payment in euros equal to the 30% of the total cost. Total payment of the booking on arrival (only cash). Please note that we are unable to accept credit card payment in order to keep our costs and prices to a minimum.

Breakfast is served from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m
(other times can be agreed the evening before)

Check in: in the afternoon with flexible time (please let us know approx. time)

Check out: please leave the room before 10.30 a.m.

Exit Reggio Emilia toll-booth, follow directions Passo del Cerreto - Castelnovo ne' Monti, La Spezia, driving on the state road 63 which joins the Po Valley to Liguria and Tuscany and passes through the whole mountain territory. (45 km).
Monteduro is 5 km from Castelnovo ne' Monti, following directions La Spezia.

From La Spezia:
Exit Aulla toll-booth, follow directions Passo del Cerreto - Reggio Emilia, carry on until you reach Monteduro on road 63. ( 60 km )
