A graceful courtyard of Trulli restored according to tradition, and a two- floor stonework ‘conversa’, lend ‘Il Vignale di Pirro’ its charm.
Situated on an ancient sheep track linking the internal valleys to the open sea, ‘Il Vignale di Pirro’ maintains the atmosphere of a 17th Century colony, posed as it is on raised ground directly between vineyards and Mediterranean maquis.
Excursion all year round are possible either on foot or by bike.

The areas given over to accommodation are furnished with antique Italian pieces.
The first floor of the ‘conversa’ contains Il Palmento ensuite room, with its charming view of the valley. It can house up to three guests. An example of how elegance and the rustic Apulian style are not incompatible. The room has private bathroom and a wardrobe closet.
The spacious trullo Il Pettirosso faces onto the little courtyard. It is made up of one big room with alcoves and a comfortable ensuite bathroom. The trullo houses up to three guests.
The suite Il Caminetto, which can house up to five guests, contains two double-bedrooms, a spacious salon with a stone fireplace, a corner for cooking, a wardrobe closet, and a large bathroom.
The rooms are all equipped with their own entrance, heating, private bathroom, a minibar, and TV Sat.

wandering amongst the vines, taking a walk on the many bridges of the Apulian Acqueduct (going back to the beginning of the 20th Century, they cross “lame” – karstic depressions – of great interest both in hydro-geological terms and those of landscape), having a go at mountain biking in the woods, or simply taking in the panorama from the hill which dominates the valley, all of these activities are guaranteed relaxation.

...How to reach us

Considering the variety of tourist attractions spread throughout the zone, we advise you to travel by car using your own, or renting one at the airports or stations of Brindisi and Bari.

From Foggia - Bari:
having reached Bari Nord exit from the A14 Motorway, take the Bari by-pass. Continue along E55-SS.16 in the direction of Brindisi. After about 50 Km. Take the FASANO-ZOOSAFARI-TARANTO exit, that will lead you to the SS.172 avoiding the Safari Zoo and the centre of Fasano. From Lecce - Brindisi:
taking the E55-SS.379 in the direction of Bari, ignore all the indications of Fasano until you reach the FASANO-ZOOSAFARI-TARANTO exit.

Having taken the exit, follow the SS.172 avoiding the Safari Zoo and the centre of Fasano.
Here you will find the first traffic light. From there, continue straight in the direction of Selva di Fasano. After about 4 km you will encounter another traffic light. Take the rise to your right, continuing the direction of Selva di Fasano. After 1 km you will find the Canale di Pirro “contrada”: turn immediately to the left taking the SP.1 in the direction of Alberobello.
2,4 km further on to your right lies 'Il Vignale di Pirro' in the locality of 'gravina Vincenzo'.

Da Taranto:
drive in direction of the SS. 172 for Martina Franca. Continuing straight in direction of Locorotondo-Alberobello.
Da Alberobello:
Drive in the direction of Coreggia-Fasano. Pass through the entire Coreggia area and, continuing straight and downwards, you will find a stone bridge followed immediately by a crossroads. Turn right in the direction of Fasano SP.81. 4 km further on to your left lies 'Il Vignale di Pirro' in the locality of 'gravina Vincenzo.
