Situated strategically at the corner, in a square of historical significance in the centre of Lecce, allows tourists to reach the most important monuments in the city (300 mt Porta Napoli or Triumphal Arch, 300 mt Santa Croce and Palazzo dei Celestini, 500 mt Piazza Sant'Oronzo with The Palazzo del Seggio or Sedile and the Teatro Greco , 800 mt Piazza Duomo).
Once property of the nearby convent, the house dates back to ancient times and presents the typical old classical architecture with times to star and mosaic floors. Restructured during the years has been equipped with central heating, which was originally produced from the fireplace in the kitchen, and furnished in a modern style to create a pleasing contrast with the historical structure.

In our house there are: a front entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed and a single bed, a big kitchen, dining room with fireplace, a family room with a double bed and an a sofa bed , a dressing room,a bathroom, color tv, terrace. Each room has a balcony overlooking the square.
